Afc.
US Customers
must provide
a FEDEX or UPS
prepaid account
number and a
credit card
payment of
$25.00 for
handling fees,
which applies
regardless of
the product
sample
requested.
If you do NOT
have a FEDEX or
UPS prepaid
account number,
please call us
(numbers are
above), as we
typically will
not ship samples
to anyone who
does not have
one of these
accounts.
Customers who
reside outside
of the United
States or US
Customers who
wish a variety
of samples (not
just a single
sample) should
call the

Afc
reserves the
right to approve
sample requests
at our
discretion.
