Orders
within the United States, Canada, and Mexico
Orders may be placed by
conventional mail,
telephone, fax,
online ordering, or
e-mail. Telephone orders
may require confirmation in writing, and such orders should be marked
"CONFIRMATION" to avoid duplication.
When ordering, please specify your purchase order number, product
number, product description, quantity, shipping address, and billing
address. Please provide contact information for the Cost Quotation. If
using a credit card for payment, please provide the card number,
expiration date, and the name of the card holder.

Please call Afc to obtain current pricing information.
Afc provides a cost quotation for all orders. Prices will be quoted by
telephone, e-mail, or FAX. Cost Quotations are valid for 30 days from
date of issue.

Payment Terms
Payment Terms are net thirty (30) days from shipping date, payable in US
dollars. Afc requires a purchase order before processing an order.
For your convenience, we also accept VISA, MasterCard, and American
Express. If using a credit card for payment, please provide the card
number, expiration date, and the name of the card holder.
Shipment / Delivery
Shipments are made F.O.B. Gaithersburg, MD, using the best routing
determined by Afc unless otherwise specified. The cost of shipping is
added to the invoice. Alternatively, customers may specify a preferred
shipper and provide their account number with that shipper.
Adjustments
Afc stands behind its products and will gladly replace products or
refund your money (your choice). Claims for merchandise damaged in
transit by commercial carrier must be filed by the customer directly
with the carrier.
Conditions of Sale
Sales are made without seller's warranty, either expressed or implied,
and claims are limited to replacement of unacceptable product or refund
of purchase price. The safe and reasonable handling of products is the
responsibility of the customer. Afc accepts no liability for injury
resulting from use of their products.
All products are sold for research use only, REGULATORY APPROVALS FOR
CLINICAL APPLICATIONS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER. However, Afc
does have Master Files on file with the FDA to facilitate customers’
regulatory applications, and upon customer request, Afc will provide a
Letter of Authorization to allow access to the appropriate Master File.
Confidentiality
Customer names are never discussed without expressed authorization of
the customer, and lists of customers are strictly confidential. In
addition, proprietary arrangements with our customers are entirely
confidential
International
Orders (Excluding the United States, Canada, and Mexico)
Orders outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico are processed
through Afc’s network of
international
distributors.
